I am Nicolas La Gennusa, a freelance designer based in Switzerland (Lausanne, Geneva and Bienne). I create emotion for your projects through adapted visual content and personalized marketing & communication.
Through my formation, I have acquired two different backgrounds that complement each other. Firstly, I studied Design (2012-2016 | Diploma at the School of Arts of La Chaux-de-Fonds) and then Marketing (2017-2023 | Bachelor in Management at the University of Geneva and Master in Marketing at the University of Lausanne) with the objective to become a specialist in Branding and Art Direction.
I am currently working as a freelancer besides my studies in the field of design, communication and marketing. I propose a wide range of services in visual communication and marketing strategy including content creation (illustration, layout, photography), wide communication (social networks and communication campaign), website and application (UX/UI design), video (animation, editing and filming) and visual identity creation ((re)branding, logo and visual manual identity).

My timeline
Start of University of Lausanne
After a background in design and management, I started master in marketing in HEC Lausanne with a view to working in the field of branding in 2023 after 10 years of trainings and formations.
Freelance
Recently, I decided to launch myself into the adventure of design freelancing in order to finance my studies in marketing at HEC Lausanne.
Internship at Omega
After my Bachelor’s degree, I did a 3 months internship at Omega (March 2021 – June 2021) in the retail department and on analysis for the CEO of the company.
Co-president at Innovation Time Global
After having founded the team in Geneva, I joined the newly created Global firstly as webmaster and after as Co-president with Julien Keller in order to coordinate the activity of ESN Geneva, ESN Lausanne and ESN Neuchâtel.
End of the University of Geneva
After 7 semesters, I am finishing my Bachelor in Management and Economics at the University of Geneva (GSEM) and I feel like I have accomplished a lot of exciting projects either professionally with my part-time job at Alternative, academically with my Bachelor project price or through my volunteer investissement in ITG or ESN.
